"Cuero - A Great Place to Do Business!" [5:39]
See what Cuero has to offer those who choose to work and live here!

The Cuero Development Corporation (CDC) works to provide economic development services to those interested in starting up, relocating, or expanding a business to Cuero, Texas. We are dedicated to the promotion, enhancement and development of economic growth in the community.

Cuero is centrally located between Houston, Austin, San Antonio and Corpus Christi. We have an available labor pool to address workforce needs as well as a close partnership with Victoria College and the University of Houston-Victoria.

DeWitt County Courthouse DeWitt Industrial Park is available for manufacturing and commercial business. Infrastructure is currently in place for portions of the park. A 5,000 square foot spec building as well as greenspace property is available at the park.

Visitors and residents alike enjoy the vibrant historic downtown. Filled with shopping, art, and culture, Cuero celebrates its rich heritage. The wonderful museums and newly renovated DeWitt County Courthouse are a source of pride.

Please contact CDC and we would be happy to provide for you: demographic information, available properties, utility information, and more.

Sincerely,

Shelley Pennell
Executive Director
